Launching the program

To activate the Web version of ePER simply open the Internet browser and type in the address (URL) of the site provided by FCA. Then enter the Username and Password supplied by Fiat Auto in the authentication field, select the authentication system, MyUser or CSPS and click the Login button.

Note: Depending or regional settings, ePER may be accessed by other FCA applications like “Link.e.entry” or “Portal Reparadores” through a Single Sign On model (SSO): once connected to one of these systems a clickable link will be available to access ePER without submitting username and password again (direct access). Please consult the manual of the referring FCA application to find out how access ePER.
