The repair package detail interface shows the list of spare parts, operations and consumables envisaged for the package itself and the specific vehicle.
If only a vehicle model has been specified (i.e. no VIN, no. plate or Model/Chassis), the repair package will be displayed with only the description of the products to use, and not the order codes. In this case, it will not be possible to activate the functions for printing the package or scheduled servicing checklists (see below), or to add the package to the trolley.
The meaning of the interface’s various visual components is explained below:
A: List of products (spare parts) to be replaced.
For each product, the code of the spare parts table (group, subgroup and
variant) containing it (e.g. 10301-040) is indicated. For each product, some
information is indicated, including the list price. If a question mark appears
in place of the product code, it means that there are several products that can
be used for the repair package in the catalogue. In this case, clicking the icon displays the corresponding spare parts
table, which can be used to choose one of the various products that can be used
for the repair package (highlighted in red).
Attention: : if there are symbols in place
of the product code, it will not be possible to add the package to the trolley.
In this case, it will be necessary to select a specific product by clicking on
the symbol.
B: List of envisaged operations for the repair package. For each operation, the code, description, applicability pattern, total time and price are shown. The price is calculated on the basis of the hourly cost set for the current user.
C: Consumables envisaged for the repair package. For each consumable, the code, description, applicability pattern, total time and price are shown. If the price is not available, it can be entered manually.
D: Scheduled servicing checklist display. Clicking this button, active only if a specific vehicle is selected, generates and displays a PDF document with a header to be completed with the customer's data, vehicle data, a checklist of operations to carry out and the details of the repair package, including the specific inflation pressures for the tyres.
E: Repair package print. Clicking this button generates and displays a PDF document with the details of the repair package and the vehicle data.
F: Add to trolley. Clicking this button, active only if the spare parts section contains only real product codes, adds all the spare parts, operations and consumables in the package to the current trolley.
